@Ankit Maheshwarii don't have experience with these companies, but what anyone says or does or promises or emails is irrelevant. 

They were more expensive, but really know what they are doing in the STR space and we were much more confident with their proposal than the cheaper one we got from our usual broker who had less experience with STRs.

I did work with New Western, I had great experience with them.

I make about 100k a year from my W-2 so I have some wiggle room to experiment so I'm not rushing too fast just trying to get some experience and properties under my belt. open to any advice or past experiences.
