I have a STR on AirBNB. 

And 11 times out of 10, what they are really asking is if we allow people to lease our units, then rent them out via STR on Airbnb/VRBOI just got a new email today that was even more round about.... 

Now that I look back, I wish I had handled the situation better and realized nobody is trying to damage my STR on purpose. 

I've also had clients who have lived in the main dwelling and rented the in-law suite as a furnished STR on Airbnb.

I would also be interested in your recommendations for a cleaning/laundry service that specializes in STR on the Emerald Coast.

@Alyssa Yumi Nelson have you considered doing STR on other bedrooms in your primary to raise more cash to invest?

I'm leaning towards canceling but being a brand new STR on Airbnb, i feel like that's a bad look to start (outside of that, we've had a total of 20 days booked since going live last night so it's not like we are empty)
