I'm curious if any other landlords have encountered anything like this.Basically, in the new ordinance, if my tenant gets arrested for pot smoking or one of their kids gets cited for underage drinking, I can't be a landlord in town for 3 years?

I think it would be wise to not veer too far from 70% as that number is in place to help people not lose their pants if all goes to pot (you've got lots of wiggle room).

It also has a tram that goes to the hospital which is handy for hospital workers.There has been criticism for creating street car and other amenities to the Pearl (another exclusive area) while other parts of town have huge pot holes in the roads.

It doesn't sound "illegal" but this whole thing with a "mentor" taking a $2000 fee and then his wife also being the seller making a profit without disclosure leaves a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth.There are probably many who would argue that by being in the hard money business, I'm the pot calling the kettle black.
