Look for no window coverings, overgrown grass, mail or newspapers piled up, etc.

Do you realize that with the exception of few cash investors with piles of money in bank accounts, almost every other buyer relies on a lender/bank to finance the purchase of real estate?

Every time you buy a house, take any cash flow it produces and add that to your pile.

This is NOT to pile on as hindsight is 20/20, but maybe some one else reading this will see this and avoid this same mistake.
