don't throw across the field... don't do it... don't you throw across the field... not in field goal range... not in the 2 minute drill... not in the NFC Championship... don't you do it, don't you dare...

I just finished reading Bene Brown's book "Daring Greatly" its about being vulnerable and its motivated me to write some blog posts that for some reason I have been reluctant to get out there. 

Any hard money worth their...well, money, would not DARE take you up on your offer.

I invite them to chime in, and dare them to call it BS. 

As a practical matter no attorney will pursue the case on a contingency basis under these circumstances, so the usual tatics of some investors of suing others for bad investments are eliminated.So, a private placement does not have to occur utilizing RegD to be compliant with SEC regulations, but the advantages of Reg D are such that for all but the smaller offerings it may be worth the time and cost.  

Been so long that I've dealt with this that I don't dare guess at a cost, but take a look in the phone book.
