Many of the others did a ton of cool stuff.....but not the way we wanted it done.It was a painful annoying process, but we're very happy with it in the end.

And basically anything that rings a bell would be helpful.The reason i am asking about this is i am trying to understand if there is a market need (pain) to make revenue streams more predictable and to insure away such risks.

These days it can be hard to tell but sometimes it's just so painfully obvious, and that's not the kind of content we want to reward because as you mentioned AI will sometimes at best embellish and worst fabricate or hallucinate fake information.

We document what we did each cycle and why we did or didn't consistently apply our logic.And, of course, as much as turnover is a pain, it is a great opportunity to bump up to market rate.Different landlords have different philosophies, but this is ours.
