I caught the Pace Morby bug and plan to actively pursue other options since the trad lenders underwriting is making it difficult to follow my strategy of buy and hold.

I suggest advising the applicant that you can hold it 10 days rent from, start their lease after that and they can use the additional time to move in at a leisurely pace.

The area is slower pace and seems like a lot of people in the area are here for work.
