Hey y'all, I have approached a point where I have built up more confidence in performing my first house flip in the Charlotte metro region.

It is my understanding that the new owner will have the house at the cost basis of my purchase price, for calculating capital gains taxes or depreciation.For gift tax purposes for you - FMV.For capital gain tax purposes for the recipient - your original basis/purchase price 

Curious if any General Contractors have recently originated commercial general liability insurance and build units that are sold as Condo/PUD's.
