What are your thoughts on Cleveland as a place to begin investing and What areas would you recommend I begin looking at?

Even if the “guru is financially successful, there’s a good chance his success is based on selling mentorship’s rather than investing profitably.  

I would even suggest a Primary home or Vacation home to pull the cash out of versus trying to find a lender who will agree to be in 2nd lien position behind a investment property.
