Number one, do you have a comp from another land lease property.

We sold one for $257k in cash and are holding the other one as a rental.I’m curious about others’ thoughts on build-to-rent (BTR) projects, especially on infill lots.

i do not however use it for heat mine is an AC only unit I believe not a heat pump unit.If you're whole unit is relying on one mini split for ac and heat that surprises me just given if you shut a bedroom door you'd not have heat from the split that I assume is in the living room. 

One CPA got rude on more than 1 occasion, for us merely asking a simple question.

If you really want one then I would have one drafted by an attorney to make sure you are square on all issues, liabilities, scheduling etc.

I will provide more information later.The two main setups are:1- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then a Series LLC in Kansas holding my Kansas RE and another Series LLC in Missouri holding my RE in Missouri.2- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then form as many LLCs as I want inside of it, one per rental or one LLC per 2 o 3 rentals.Fees are pretty reasonable and the same as they disclosed before the appointment, on their website or youtube videos.
