This is a safe place for my CO investors to vent.In all seriousness, the dramatic policy increases I have seen numerous investors stomach right now is making us all scratch our heads and wonder what alternative options are out there.

I noted numerous times that the more people add to the thread, the higher it will rank on Google and potential surpass the own company, but still, ye persist.Who in the world drops into a forum to dry run the leg of a company that the "believe they will be signing up for in the very near future."

each area has nice features but they are different in valuation >the ranking's in Neighborhood scout don't give any scale.neighborhoodscout provides percentages in addition to the numeric comparison score I find more useful because it is not as easy to recognize if a certain percentage is good or bad over a period of time.  

If you already have a preliminary site layout showing the size and quantity of buildings you can put on the lot, you should be able to take that work on some budget construction costs and from there work your possible rents into the equation to see if what you have drawn makes sense cost wise, or if there is a more efficient way to lay the site out and reduce costs. 

Which many real estate experts claim is the best time for investors to buy and hold onto until the market rebounds.With the Panama Canal reporting record income and numerous infrastructure projects in the works (like a 2nd Metro Subway line in Panama City) along with highways and the main airport expansion; the market should rebound in a year or two.

There are numerous factors at play and your real estate tax professional is best positioned to opine on that.

I can't count how many times lenders try to assign a percentage of ownership to a Trustee when numerous attorneys have explained to them that it doesn't work that way, etc...
