I've been interested in business since I was 11 and last year took interest in real estate investing.I live in the southern part of New Hampshire in a small town that no one knows exists.I'm looking to learn a thing or two from all of the great people on this site, and eventually, hope to contribute once I've taken a few steps on my journey!

I had taken a course many years ago in NH and spent twice as much only to pass over taking the exam after a multitude of brokers came in pitching their inflated desk fees and sparse commission splits.

I am currently marketing by direct mail and bandit signs in Massachusetts but if like to market and get some deals in New Hampshire because I love there but I'm not very familiar with properties in nh since I've only lived there for about 5 yrs.

Even in a higher tax state at say 4% of value (I think only the no income tax states like NH and Texas approach 6%), she would have had to skip her taxes completely for at least 5 or 6 years to owe that much.
