I ask them to verify nothing has been late and more often than not the prospect lies and was late this year on a car payment or CC which disqualifies them but sometimes it was just an unfortunate circumstance medically that I don't know if I could dig myself out of either. 

Rather than digging in deep on one guest, it would be three shorter guests talking about specific topics. 

However, it might be wise for you to do a little digging.

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts. 

I realize I'll have to dig in a lot more into the details before I can find the right deal.

but, that's myself and you'd be best served digging through things to come up with your own because the journey alone will give great knowledge and insights to better understand the "machine" of it all. 

Definitely a good question that would require a little more homework and guideline digging to know for sure.

They dig up deals that make a head spin ("what, where the F did you find this?").

Communication - This is the #1 complaint about PMs throughout the US BUT if you really dig into the complaints then you will understand why the PM isn't communicating.
