We use the app called breezeway for these lists and these lists include things like, are there ample towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.

Have to wash dishes.  

They claim they wash dishes in a bucket (we see the bucket) and don't throw any food scrap or other trash down the drain.

The upside of doing it is that we wouldn't have to dish out so much money during the rehab, however I'm sure there are some downsides.
