I think you guys are misunderstanding the question.

I only mention it because I have seen many real estate participants misunderstanding the difference between a townhouse-style condo and a townhouse-style sfr.

And you have nowhere or hard to explain...If you confront her, most likely, it will hurt the relationship...But at least she understands the reason you kick her out is more reasonable (AirBNB).So she won't misunderstand you, that you use selling property as an excuse to kick her out.

I read a few posts from John Anderson yesterday, and it seems in all threads he was misunderstanding things, making assumptions, and negative with no solutions spoken of.

Most of my misunderstanding/questions pertain to financing so hopefully I can get some help there.Buy:From my understanding, this should be a cash purchase.
