You get 5 uses for free then need a Pro Membership.

The only magic is that in 2004 the IRS formally made ownership of a membership interest in a Delaware Statutory Trust the same thing as owning the real estate itself.

They become more responsive.I am not sure that PIG membership is worth $18K though.

For $40k, you would think I would have a lifetime membership. 

And finally, just recently achieved the Pro membership.

You can contribute your two interests to the MM LLC in exchange for a 50% membership interest in that LLC.
