I say to look at these hard because these items can occur for a period of 12 months possibly without major issues of seeing large cracks or settling if a lot of water hasn't been present in large volumes.

I don't invest in FL, so I don't know local laws, but find a real estate attorney that does and have a conversation.

OKC has alot of opportunity mainly because of its low level of enforcement of housing codes, strong landlord laws and conservative judges in eviction court.
