The key to purchasing more real estate is by focusing on the fundamentals of the real estate.

They key is to not act like you are "hiding" something.

If you're new to investing, keeping an eye on property taxes and HOA fees in this area is also key. 

@Michael Fucillo You are not jumping the gun at all.  16 units is still a lot to manage by hand, and getting a system that makes your day to day easier is going to be key to your own sanity.
