They are honestly horrible and this is not the first story I’ve heard of them doing investors wrong.

I might contact the actual owner and coordinate with them as well since they have may an completely different story and may be able to provide help and insight to you as well. 

I assumed some would need replaced, which would be okay, but I would hate to see it all trashed.I guess in that vein though, I hear that a lot about LTRs -- the horror stories -- and we have been blessed with amazing tenants (generally) so I was thinking it would be along the same line where it would be something where you would want to charge high-end and screen intensely to try to get a tenant that just is transitioning and can benefit from the furnishings.I know that could still happen though, even with all the precautions you can take, so it's something good to consider! 

Any guru (or group) you follow that shows you how to do the negotiating and paperwork is only telling you half the story.

Ask anyone that has started and grown a successful business and they will probably tell you a similar story. 

I've heard more than a few horror stories about people who lost everything doing just that. 

Let's say an 8-14 story multifamily building.  

E government won’t use its ne found power to invalidate contracts to reward a bigger group of voters at the expense of a smaller group?

i guess the moral of this story is: in any endeavor you must take action or nothing will happen!!
