So if it can do that, shouldn't it be able to be pointed to any website of your choice, search through groups/posts/etc and communicate with anyone who displays some kind of "intent" to sell, and if no intent is found, it could generate "curiousity" and help develop some curiousity from anyone in the group, and it could do this, until all possible efforts have been exhausted over time.

HI Renee,Try looking into zillow/Redfin and see what your potential rents you can get near the neighborhood by filtering the bedrooms/bathrooms of the intentional property that you are planning to buy.

The MTR being upfront and honest about his or her intentions for the property is critical to that.

All problems like transaction volume, or what incentives miners will have to keep validating transactions after all 21 million bitcoin are mined, will magically be solved in the future but the details on how are intentionally fuzzy because nobody actually knows and even a hypothetical answer relies on hypothetical future advancements in technology.
