I work in real estate, and as a fitness trainer, and the influx of people moving here for better weather, and flooding gyms has been insane, and it has not slowed much.

Not trying to imply at all that this was the case with John's property, just trying to illustrate that while yes there are plenty of lazy brokers, in retail, like in residential, location is still everything as far as demand.

In fact, I would not be looking for NNN brokers, as there is typically a connotation with looking for NNN that implies a single tenant, stand alone building.  

You mention mobile home(s)...perhaps implying this is a mobile park community?
