It's often the case that immigrants are the gentrification pioneers.

He says ICE and the new immigration policies are already affecting his hispanic renters and he see's his business and his landlords starting to suffer.He is returning to Portlandia ( he never gave up his business here but its not nearly as big)Anyone in the Phoenix market experiencing this.I know many investors who got totally wiped out in 07 to 08 with 4 plex's 100% vacant.. of course not predicting that as I have no way of really knowing.. but this guy has a pretty good finger on the pulse of the everyday PHX renter.He said ICE is rounding folks up and deporting them when in the past they just kicked them back out on the street.Anyone hear anything to corroborate this or disagree ???

Since that area depends on immigration we are not sure that the current President will effect that.The primary Team members are typically Attornies/Lawyers, real estate Agents/Brokers, CPA's (or accountants you trust), Proprty Managers, General Contractors, and Handymen.  

I am a little worried how President Trump.might hurt the immigration some.  

One of the biggest factors is its diversity in economics and population growth.One of my biggest fears is that Trump might screw that up by putting fear into the immigrants that make our economy better.  

@Jay Hinrichs , that's what immigration reform was to have been about: Reform the immigration system, so that people have a way to apply for legal work permits.

My financial situation is good, meaning I have my financials under control and I save over $500 monthly but I don't have a lot saved as I'm an immigrant in this country and it took me few years to bring everything under control.

I'm an immigrant in this country and it took me few years to bring my life under control as I used to have.

I now live in NW Dallas County.Unless our new president screws up with immigrates to this state.  

They claim it's discrimination to ask for id and that I am assuming they are illegal immigrants because I wrote them a letter in Spanish to give them options.
