I fail to see how that is any different than Bigger Pockets but people talk about it.There is a very large group that charges $20k to join and has a lot of videos and meet ups and is run kind of like an MLM where they give you a "discount" "to the next level" if you convince someone else to join.

I used a promo code provided at the end of a webinar and paid for one full (discounted) year after attending "The 90 Day Challenge" with Dave Meyer.Attendees who purchase the Pro membership are supposed to get the "Real Estate by the Numbers" book as well.

Keep in mind turnkey companies do get bulk discount from their subcontractors and vendors, some company pocket the discount for themselves, some company pass onto the discount to their customers and offer a great price.

This is still a huge discount over what a wholesaler would sell an equivalent house for in my market.

Because it is mostly cosmetic, the cost to remodel isn't horrible but you can still get the properties at a discounted rate.

Sorry, I can see offering a discount for a limited time only, after which the price goes up to whatever the full cost is, but NO reputable seller/instructor is going to literally only give you a total of 10 minutes to make your decision.Sixth, depending on the market you are in, and the specific deals you find, $10,000 could be a ridiculously small finder's fee.

Just a FYI be prepared for it to sell at a discount,Jay- I have seen people buying land notes for 12%-15% yield which is CRAZY and they are going to eventually lose their shirt once they go into default and the land value is repriced.Thank you for the info.
