Kellogg would probably qualify but you converted it to rental much well before you left so that's a very gray call.Better to 1031 right now.

A nice medium gray, black, maroon/burgundy could work. 

The cabinets are going to be painted a chelsea gray by benjamin moore that i have left over from another project.

@Ricardo SabogalWhat I mean is there is a lot of gray area in some of these rehabs, and unless something is specifically mentioned in the contract, it becomes a matter of "whats industry standard".  

Someone is going to get screwed if there is a gray area.
