I'll be honest I am not sure if that is a good price or not.

or someone whose abilities and honesty is worthy of trusting with your entire purchase-investment in the property, your expected holding costs for the time it takes to re-sell the property,  and maybe your nest egg, too.

That's why I'm asking the question.So, if the Buyer is a Customer and not a Client, but I represent the Seller as a client, I still have to treat the Buyer with honesty and ethically.HOWEVER, if I tell the Buyers that I will be a Bidder as well and I know their bids, and then I disclose my bid, won't this cause the Buyers to think twice about bidding above me?

I just graduated from college and to be honest I do not have a lot of hard cash with me to pay 20% DP for properties (Good thing is, I do not have any student loan as my luggage).

I will preface this by saying this is 100% a self inflicted wound that in all honesty did know know was happening.

Best recommendations for QUALITY of work, ability to work within the bid amount, ability to follow a schedule, honesty and character are the basis of any contract.
