When it's time to sell, I consult with multiple brokers, the experts who know their stuff.

I would take a couple days and go down there (preferably with a friend...rent a U-Haul truck and go get furniture from thrift stores, antiques stores, and even buy some new stuff.

Wet signing the lease in person is the only opportunity to talk to the tenant about stuff that matters - so we quickly switched back.

Great stuff - this type of regulation is somewhat counter-intuitively a lot better for investors than currently less regulated markets (where you don't know what could change dramatically in the future). 

My advice is good advice, but it's common that most people new to wholesaling still think they are going to make a mil in a year and only want to hear the good stuff.

So will be interesting to see if Tardus gets named in any of this stuff if the lawsuits start to fly.  

real estate training has always been a big money bizz.. its really promulgated though with U tube and how easy it is to throw you stuff out there.. but to really get wealthy doing it you do need a ton of dough for marketing or a great relationship with a fullfilment company.
