I am a recent college graduate from UNC Charlotte and now that I have a degree in organizational management I would love to immerse myself more into the world of real estate investing.

So I am graduating from college next year and I have done a lot of researching and have been saving up money for my first house.

Hello,I am graduating from business school June and will be moving to Charlotte full-time.

Also, Lackland AFB, just last week opened up their graduation ceremonies to full capacity.

Not really recommended to use a spreadsheet to create these financial reports because human errors can happen when entering formulas.I mean you can do it, but it just baffles me that people are okay spending time doing accounting work without any knowledge/experience instead of delegating the work when there are people who go to colleges and graduate with accounting degree.

I graduate in May and will be taking 3 virtual classes to finalize my requirements to seat for a CPA exam in the summer. 

Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").

Because it seems to me from the viewpoint of someone who manages properties for living, they're going to use their time to manage properties and not fill out million word requests for some graduate thesis type super detailed response.

Kids graduate there.
