I think even in this market you can do better however you generally speaking have to pick the right market and roll up your sleeves a bit. 

In my experience in RE, what you put in is what you get out so roll up them sleeves !

I know you got some marketing tricks up your sleeve:)

*NO* nose rings, earrings (if you are a guy), visible tattoos (wear long sleeves if you have them on your arms), powerful colognes or perfumes, or rings or necklaces that are overboard (forget the ring on each finger, or the 1970's used car salesman necklace) --- save all that stuff for the weekend.That's my 2 cents... ;)

We also had the sewer line to the street sleeved in one of the houses (the sewer line ran under the house, from the rear wall to the street ... it could not have been any longer) as we did not remove that section of cast (the last 10' had been upgraded from clay to ABS by the city a few years ago)I am also planning to replace the cast in my personal residence next year (it will be 64yrs young).

Some EDC's require the service be sleeved in conduit.

We went in blind and rolled up our sleeves and fortunately it has paid of for us as well....lots of work though!.

I think I’m too active as an investor to be a guru ;) hahahaI have received a lot of help from investors on BP though, and try to give back with a few tips when I can ;)I don’t have any crazy tricks up my sleeve.

The cross would be up pretty high towards my shoulder, and I usually wear long sleeves during anything important.

I definitely think they have many things up their sleeves and are testing a few out.
