From my personal experience I’ve had most success acquiring MLS properties that have underlying characteristics such as favorable zoning, incorrectly listed square footage or other attributes that are either incorrectly represented or not effectively marketed.

There so many answers here I'll just drop this thought you can think about.....It all depends on how hard you want to gamble when that large insurance claim finally does happen.Lastly, you want Waivo for small damage claims not your homeowner's insurance.

in simple term:the sum amount of money in being circulation is always going to increase the residential real estate valuation as it has limited supply as hard asset and increased demand.rising amount of money is equal to higher inflation, but whether the dollar rising or not it depends on interest rate, whether it's higher againts its peer (if rate is higher then it causes more expensive dollar thus higher USD), and vice versa.in other word, the more inflation it is, the more expensive real estate would be.you can see the same characteristic in other country as well.

The main characteristics were that the exterior walls were constructed all at once with the same stud running from foundation to roof and the floors or levels were hung off of a cleat that ran around the structure cut into the vertical stud.
