Just refi out of the HML or PML note into an amortizing loan, assuming you are able to find deals with enough juice in them.

Those who connect back should then be exposed to your frequent value-adding posts and could result in fruitful relationships.I only recently started to post more but my formula is to think of something interesting in the industry, find a reputable source for an article on the topic, write some text for how Midas Touch is learning from or applying the topic to our investing, and post it.

If you can make good money as a STR and at least cover your expenses as a LTR, then it can be a fruitful investment while minimizing your risk.
