People tried to purchase RR’s Pacific Palisades home while he was President with a fraudulent transaction and were convicted and given a Federal vacation.  

Many are not due to any fraudulent activity and just a poor sponsor or a poor deal.

I suspected they were fraudulent so I contacted an attorney and had them vetted.

Problem is the people who submitted applications or expressed interest in my rental: 60% gave fraudulent info, the rest do not qualify one way or another. 

We have done diligence on this company and I can say within 99% certainty they are fraudulent.

Not worth an OOS investor gambling on investing in that Neighborhood when there are so many other BETTER Neighborhoods.

IRS and judges will come after you for fraudulent transfers.

I have managed my own local properties for years, and if you combine all of their service calls it still wouldn't add up to this 1 property:1) Likely fraudulent charges2) No photos provided for nearly any work.

SBA won't loan on the gambling income, or anything passive- your bottom needs to be in the gas station chair.SBA loan now takes LONG processing time unless you go direct.
