I'd encourage you to try to find the unassuming guy that drives an old truck/car, buys his clothes at Costco, and never brags about how many properties he owns.I'm just a small time landlord but I'd be happy to help if you think that I can be a resource.

GA Power subcontractor went onto the property with trucks and skid steers.

The last post is correct, we are required to have our license classification and clearly displayed on our trucks, business cards and any other advertising.

If its local to me, I'll hire one of my kids friends to live there for awhile.... give them some food $$ and have them crash in the unit rent free for a few weeks.

I don't file claims when my trucks are broken into anymore.
