Finally, I would add allowing pets to your home.

Final thoughtsSo its been a journey, I am contemplating going full-time in entrepreneurship as this is my second successful business, my end goal in life is to have the option to retire by 35 haha so I want to do everything in my power now for future me.

EXAMPLE: a local HC has a single comcast email address for their entire office - mysteriously, they seem to be always losing emails and asking us to resend multiple times.The good news is they finally increased their max rental amounts a few years ago, so they are now more competitive.
