Kate I see Avalara but from looking at their site it is not clear if they are actually making the payments or are they just helping you figure out the amounts to remit?

I know I didn’t start this out the right way and getting all my finances figured out, but I think we turned out ok.

@Serge Hounkponou Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in.Property Class will typically dictate the Class of tenant you get, which greatly IMPACTS rental income stability and property maintenance/damage by tenants.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a property in Class D area to Class A standards, what quality of tenant will you get?

Yes of course there are people who think tokenization is cool and you can get some $ from it, but to grow it at scale - real estate is old school and most who invest six figures in real estate are not 25 years old and are not keen on tokenization.

However, there wasn’t much residential use and I couldn’t figure out where the housing neighborhoods are.

I personally don't know of their group but figured id link that article since i remember reading it and the name clicked. 

I’m aware it’s never about quick cash or retiring in the matter of years. im just trying to figure out the ways to retire earlier than 60 and not working for someone else making them wealthier at my expense. 

Surely others have this issue and have figured out a workaround, any suggestions???
