Many people underestimate this problem and often are happy to climb the “euphoria of celebrity” and recognition only to see the dark side of the same.

I think when you are buying in the WA the level of service and amenities are extraordinary, but my my personal opinion is the it quite inflated due to brand recognition. 

It’s a great way for the coaches and marketing arms to build recognition for their own deals so it’s a great business model for them.

An independent mortgage broker reduces that to 1-3 (& yup, you can cut that down to zero by getting all the licenses I have, and so on, which is about 3x as hard and 5x as expensive as getting your real estate agent license -- and if it's a choice between those two, becoming a Realtor will save you more money to boot as well).No brand recognition.
