Private notes require more work than Stocks / Bonds, is the added return worth the extra work?

The whole thing was ridiculous, and there was no one policing it, and homeowners and landlords didn’t want to pay the extra $.  

I've been on the western slope for over 30 yrs.I built my primary, its; Slab on grade, stucco, concrete roof, painted with E-84n roof soffits and tailings fire caulk (anti-ember) vulcan fire vents, 4 car wide concrete driveway, extra large house numbers, red 3/4" hoses on reals @every corner, completely denuded of vegetation 100ft.

These will catch a buyer’s eye in any market, and it's no extra material cost to do so!

Our current mortgage terms include a late fee after 5 days, so they’re already paying extra each month and have to split the total monthly payment up between 2-3 payments when they get their pay check.

Since Landlords are going to be monitored even more now with the price gouging issues surrounding the fires in LA, I would be extra cautious.

I interpretttev @Alan Asriants statement different than you but agree it is not clear   He could be indicating pools, basements, sunrooms do not provide a means for an extra tenant.  

In its first year, the rental only earned enough to cover half the mortgage.

It would just cost you the extra service fee + wire transfer fee.

(The business is doing well so i thought sell it while it’s hot) While that’s my main focus, I'm also looking for ways to invest my extra income wisely, as I want my money to work for me.
