We are fair housing compliant regarding animals.Our tenants’ safety and the peaceful enjoyment of their home is important to us, so we do a credit/criminal background check on all applicants aged 18+, as well as employment and prior landlord verifications.

As you may know, NC is big into agriculture and therefore have many immigrants working in the fields who need a place to live, especially in the summers.  

I am far from an expert in this field as I have been learning alot myself but cap rate does play a role in your type of business.
