I came home to an email that said " if my air conditioner is not fixed by 6 PM I am calling the police on you for endangering our lives" I emailed back and asked if he had recieved the fan i had our handyman dropped off, he said yes.. then I asked if he had opened the windows for air flow.. he said he wouldnt open the windows due to safety issues..

I do not suggest you convert, trying to save money now will hurt you, any licensed plumber who will do this is a joke and is endangering you and anyone in that house, the venting of an oil fired boiler to gas fired boiler is different as well.

Many prices of land that are cheap (especially in California) are cheap because they won’t pass a perc test for septic system, or they have endangered species restrictions and require expensive mitigation fees, you want to check for protected trees and plants, wetland restrictions, and you will want to do a geotechnical report to be sure you can get a foundation on there.
