In order to successfully sue you they would have to prove you were negligent, so if you are not in fact negligent, again you should be fine.

STRs need to be viewed from a 365 day lens so if the numbers work well then, you still can be successful.

What is the reason that you are not having success?

Also, for those whose BUSINESS (as opposed to just investment) is STR, they can scale successfully while their experience and knowledge of the industry may allow them the opportunity to uncover and recognize those few opportunities that will provide a much higher than market risk adjusted ROI. 

This is smart, and it's part of RWs success as a franchise.
