This project also needed the crawls space to be completely redone; new drain tile and sump pump system, foundation repair, encapsulation, rim joists and floor joist, 14 new supports with cement footings, plus the duct work, electrical, plumbing, and main drain lines... easily about $25k to contract out... my cost was about $2,200.Sometimes I say, " I save more money than I make".  

I actually just got an estimate and the cost of ductwork and a/c was $6,400.

Third, my guess is that you are going to have to install central AC and all of the duct work as well. 

Duct work and electrical may need to be rerouted, but fairly easy to do with the open basement.

You’ll literally step right through the floor if you’re not careful.The house on Berry Bennett happens to be an 86 model with particle board floors.Also, mobile homes don’t use the same ductwork as regular houses.

In one of the houses I bought, I had to have a decaying rat that got caught in the duct work removed.

I was actually going to just put a bigger cabinet in there. but was on the fence of running duct work right there to the bedrooms but decided against it.

Meth remediation is essentially a full gut job, usually down to the studs and probable removal of the HVAC and all ductwork if this was truly a manufacturing facility and not just smoking.I would encourage you to call these folks and talk to them about what your concerns are.  

You may have to replace the A/C or at lease do a pull and clean on the evaporator coil and blower wheel  then run the ozone generator into the duct-work.
