@Ashley TrahanAs Account Closed  has said...Cleveland....I have 3 rentals there....All at or above the 3% rule.I looked at Milwaukee as well....apparently those are the two markets that if you buy small multifamily 2-4 units you can get properties that are not in D or F areas and still get 2 % rule properties with some due diligence....and if you can find a really great deal, 3% or more.

Oh I see renting...again check other rental listings in the local area to see what other landlords are offering but we only provide stove in our area...as a mom who does a ton of laundry and has kids, I don't want to use anyone else's w/d or fridge unless it is brand new so I allow my tenants to bring/buy their own or rent from me (extra revenue stream).
