My question is, when picking a good market, what are the kinds of things do you look for to determine if it is worth investing in?

Being an agent I knew the market and the potential it had.

I dont believe so but am not an expert on the topic - I do know that in Texas at least, it is marketed for owner occupants first and then after a certain time period they allow investors to put offers in. 

You can easily do this on a spreadsheet and it will take less time to track than it would to find and learn a new software.

It looks easy, right?

Does a tech firm really need to pay a CA located cpu engineer $300kyr when have national reach of hundreds/thousands equally qualified happy to do it for $200k.......
