Hello everyone, My name is Alex Sadchikov and I’m excited to discover more about real estate and the Bigger Pockets community.

Unfortunately we have discovered that the guests of a couple of tenants were not being upstanding citizens and got themselves in trouble with the law.  

I just attended the Bigger Pockets Conference and I discovered there were many books you can obtain through the Bigger Pockets website that might help you in your journey.

Its not a secret and hasn't been in years.

When those folks need to sell and discover their equity is long gone, it will make an impact on the market.

When you rehab there is always some can of worms that pops up when you open the walls - the more you squeeze out of the contractor on a line by line basis the more they will up charge when that water line no one knew was there is discovered in some wall it shouldn't be in or the electricians on the original build decided to run the entire houses circuits for the ground floor and second story thru some ugly soffit in the kitchen that looks like it's there for no reason. 

So far I've discovered that we will need to acquire multiple permits and an STR license in order to legally list our property as an STR in the Baraboo, WI area.

He was born in kidney failure and later we discovered he has liver cancer.

After finally getting access (after closing), I discovered floor damage that should have been identified.
