It gives you data about where your visitors are coming from, what country, moble or desktop. 

I have one company set up as a property manager, and then a separate company for each property, and this is working well for us.I bought the desktop version since I prefer the one time cost outlay over a monthly fee. 

I purchased the desktop version when all the reviews I read said "desktop better than online" then my accountant says they like online better. 

I assume the reports I have submitted have gone through so I just save the document file that comes up then go to the desktop and delete it.
