If you have the desire and ability I wouldn't wait around for another year when you get here. 

It’s alleged features that make it more desirable than cash or gold or eve isk will go away once it’s regulated like a legitimate currency, and/or it’s features are less effectively had than something like gold.  

Also, I negotiate far better terms in syndications because I know what syndicators really desire and want--I give what they want in return for what I want as a passive investor. 

I’m a millennial, so figure people can google whatever they desire.

Understand the NJ markets, such as Northern NJ, Central/Southern NJ, and Jersey Shore, and focus on building relationships with those active in your desired areas.Good luck!

What made this property extremely desireable to me was the 1 mi road frontage on two different roads.

Actually sit down and evaluate deals in those markets to see if they line up to your desired metrics.

First of all I put my acceptance criteria clearly in the ad: minimum credit score (enter X amount, 620 is what I use),income 2-3x rent, good rental history, references, no evictions, acceptance dependent upon background check and employment verification, pet policy, desired lease term, etc. so that people will hopefully read that and not come to the open house if they know they won’t qualify.

It depends on a variety of factors: your goals, your time constraints, your available capital, your desires, your timeline, etc.
