No one ever says what percentage of their deals are accepted/denied.

If unjust it would not complete or would be overturned, blocked, denied and hence not happen. 

My point about your father-in law merely relates to how his insurance carrier would likely respond to a claim- coverage would likely be denied.

They are myriad reasons as to why people let this happen, and I've personally witnessed it transcend socioeconomic boundaries. well as a fix and flip lender thats all we lend on is homes that have been run down .. your right happens in all socio situations.. just more so in fully subsidized there is just no deny that fact.

What you've written is the equivalent of the abused woman who stays with the abusive man because he'll change.

It the first thing that you do is raise rents and the second is deny small requests than you are going to have to learn valuable lessons about tenant retention.

I filed a claim with WFG title insurer and they just denied me saying: "Title insurance is not a casualty insurance that covers every possible loss, nor is it a guarantee of any facts regarding title to real property.
