We are interested to hear if anyone is doing Pre-fabricated homes, NOT MODULE or MOBILE homes. 

I no longer have any good contacts in that world but did know of a small local fabrication shop and called them to ask if they knew anyone that they’d recommend for a little job.

Right now, it seems very cost effective and profitable to do this using a pre-fabricated home... where the materials are cut in a factory, then shipped to the job site, and the home is stick-built on site.

Different lenders will view the situation in different ways so they should expect to speak with either a mortgage broker who works with multiple lenders or they cn approach nore than one lender to get a handle on their particular underwriting perspective .It is always a delicate conversation and should be handled in an honest and forthright manner.

Nobody has time for it somehow to go through small delicate Items-that is the problem am facing. 

It should only take a week between the template and the fabrication/install.

The thinner granite countertops have a thicker edge fabricated onto the front to make it look like a thicker slab.

Its a very delicate balancing act between growth and getting to a point where things fall through the cracks like they obviously did here.

Before I choose any duplex properties in Minneapolis it looks like the recent reversal requiring (I'm putting it delicately) landlords to house Section 8 tenants was reversed.I'm not keen on the idea of being forced to accept tenants just because they receive Section 8 vouchers.Any current landlords in Minneapolis out there that are dealing with this?

The pandemic has torn into the fabric of socio-economics in this country and not for the better.
