Would love to talk to some experienced investors in cleveland and pick their brains!

I picked the brain of my coworkers, and asked what areas they lived in and what they thought of certain neighborhoods. 

I want to start building relationships with the agents and visit some of them to pick their brains, figuratively, of course. 

A constant factor is human brain, and how our basic brain wants.   

I'm not looking to get rich quick but I would like to start building a portfolio to eventually get out of the "9-5 rat race".If anyone is in the Birmingham area, I would love to meet up and let me pick your brain on things.

We'll have to put our brains to work on something creative to do with the property and to bring taxes down.
