RE sales slows a LOT to generate revenue find a new investment.  

I also have this same question about a Multifamily deal we have where we will need to purchase land before approvals.. you’d think being in this as deep as we are we’d know this answer but, it’s actually proven to be a pretty difficult thing for me to come across even with speaking to several people in the industry.. my own mother is 32 year lender.

That being said they have already moved in, and this is the slow season for renting homes.

For example I had my slow teenage kids with me and I hadn’t replaced the keycard by checkout time (6 minutes past), although we were out of the property and had locked the door by that time.

A few showings, one low ball...but this time of year in that area, things just slow down. 

BOOM - retirement started with a bunch of cash in your pocket and no tax bill to slow you down.

At this point, from what I've seen, there hasn't been enough demand from the market to push cities or counties to put up any serious hurdles to slow it down.

They were super slow, had literally no idea how to read a basic purchase agreement contract, messed up on most of the paperwork, and ultimately were going to cause us to close 2-3 weeks late, with a lot of extra fees and less LTV than originally promised.

If USPS is slow, tenant is subject to late fees and even eviction.
