We plan on living at this property for the next 5 years with our 1 yo daughter.

I don't have any debt other than my daughter's school loans. 

This property can be in Kansas city market or in the Missouri City TX or Houston TX market (as I will be living there 6 months out of the year for the next couple of years and possibly move there for retirement- My daughter and grandbabies are there!) 

It's our cover photo and, believe it or not, the combination just works and there's nothing else like it in our area (all credit to my daughter-in-law who designs our places).
